Adobe is hosting its weeklong annual Max conference for its creative community this week in San Diego. Keeping up with their traditions, this opportunity is used to announce many exciting new features and tools they’ve added to their creative cloud suite, consisting of apps like Photoshop, Lightroom, Aftereffect and Premier.

Since 2014, every annual release of the creative cloud comes with a new splash screen featuring un-commissioned artwork from real-world artists, created on Adobe’s suite of apps. All thirteen applications display artwork selected by Adobe curators from amongst the millions of pieces on Adobe’s creator community, the Behance network.

For one of the suite’s flagship apps, Photoshop, adobe chose to feature Egyptian artist Amr Elshamy’s artwork “Falling…”, part of his “Round Things” series.
